Why

The Audi Dealer Meeting 2019 in Marbella searched and found new dimensions. But, how to turn Audi’s visions of the future into an unforgettable experience for the dealers in their brand-typical pioneering manner? An event that is carried into the digital public by influencers? The motto was: »Let’s shake up the world.« It became a rocket launch event.

How

We thought the best way to shake up the world was to leave the world. So, we turned the future into a space mission and sent the 3500 Audi dealers on a journey to other realms. Into a new era of mobility. A space shuttle was sent 18 times to distant worlds – each to a future-oriented Audi theme.

What

The staging was consistently played out in every detail: From the architecture, media, show elements to the costumes of the performers. Also, a futuristic voice-over accompanied the individual show elements and completed the illusion. The show itself integrated Audi’s innovation themes into the Space Trip by narrating them as existing missions. So, the dealer meeting became a tremendous celestial adventure.

Custom built
spaceship

The stand construction, staged as a 40 m long spaceship with 220 seats, turned the show into an immersive event. Ceiling and wall projections created an all-round spatial experience, including the illusion of flying.

Each Audi theme became its own mission in distant galaxies, from premium to entry-level models, from Audi Sport to Audi e-tron.

From space to earth

On the Circuito Ascari the guests were able to »test race« the e-tron and R8. There was an exhibition in the pit lane and the Audi Sport Preview Show took place in the pits themselves.

Meeting
the future

Before the final show, visitors could follow workshops and talks on e-tron topics in the 4 forums of the Cosmodrome.
