Handelsblatt: ‘BMW snaps up Audi design agency Mutabor’

The auto manufacturer BMW has hired the renowned design agency Mutabor. This is raising a few eyebrows because Mutabor had previously worked for Audi, BMW’s biggest competitor, for seven years. Mutabor was responsible for the successful Audi A1 tour through Europe, for example. At BMW, the agency’s foremost task is now to make progress with ‘Project i’, on which so many of the carmaker’s hopes are pinned.
