Audi is regarded as the brand with the best automobile design and is advancing to become the world’s leading premier manufacturer. The new Audi corporate design is intended to embody this new brand attitude and amply reflect strategic goals. The visual realignment is focused on the brand value of progressivity; after all, a progressive form of expression is typical of the brand core: »Vorsprung durch Technik«. The new Audi CD presents the visual foundation of the brand and the products. It focuses on the redesigned Audi rings. It relies consistently on the aluminium silver typical of Audi and on a new silverish visual conception which provides a fitting stage for the modern Audi design. A progressive but simple layout principle functions as a platform for the redesign of all Audi’s media.
