The direct insurer Asstel has set itself the goal of becoming faster, more web-based, more modern and more human. Asstel’s new image is fresher, younger, clearer and uncomplicated. The essence of the brand appearance is the brand promise ‘Creating freedom’: to support customers’ personal freedom.
This is apparent in the overall image, the language and the communication. The entire corporate design and the online and offline presence have been redesigned on this basis. One particular characteristic and expressive element of the new corporate design consists of illustrations that were developed for the specific purpose of showing episodes from everyday life – including some unpleasant situations – in a likeable and vivid way.
